    Description

    For your consideration is a Black Lacquer Box featuring the Snow Maiden.  There are two rabbits, three birds and seven twinkling stars in the scene.  The box is hinged and signed Cherypoyka along with two other Russian words.  It is in excellent condition.  The box measures approximately 4" wide, 6" long by 1 1/4" high. The inside of the box is done in red lacquer.  It has been in the original box since it was purchased years ago on a trip to Russia.  It is a lovely collectible or could be used as a trinket box.
