Antique J&G Alcock Scinde Ironstone Flow Blue 17.75” Platter English England OLD.
I am NOT a flow blue collector or expert. However, when I ran across this platter, I couldn’t resist! I purchased it damage and all! (I understand why so many people collect flow blue now. It’s enchanting!)
The platter does have damage, most notably the chip (approximately 1” X 1”) on the front It’s not very deep though.
Another area of concern is approximately 3/4”, hairline (barely noticeable) on the back. (There is also a brown area on the back. I’m not sure what that is!)
The platter is marked “SCINDE” on the back. No indent impression.
